Get help with your account, report something that should not be on FcPal, or send us a copyright notice.

1. Help with your account

Email support@fcpal.com from the address on your FcPal account. Tell us your username, the device and app version you are using (Settings shows the version), and what happened, including any error message. Screenshots help.

Common tasks you can do yourself in the app: change your password and turn on two-factor authentication under Security & Login; see and sign out of devices under Logged-in devices; block someone under Privacy & Safety; delete your account under Account options (see Delete your account).

2. Report a safety problem

The fastest way to report a post, Line, live stream, message or account is the Report option in the app. Reports go straight to our moderators.

For anything urgent, or if you cannot use the app, email safety@fcpal.com. Include a link to or description of the content and the username involved. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.

If you believe an account belongs to someone under 18, report it in the app or email the safety address. We close under-age accounts.

If content on FcPal infringes your copyright, email copyright@fcpal.com with where the content is, your contact details, evidence that you own the work, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised. See section 7 of our Terms.

4. Privacy questions

Our Privacy Officer handles privacy questions, access and correction requests, and complaints: privacy@fcpal.com. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and your rights.

5. What to expect

We aim to acknowledge every email within two business days and to act on safety reports much sooner. Reports made in the app are reviewed by our moderation team, and you are told in the app when we remove content you posted, with the option to appeal.
